1. Supported accommodation 16-18yr old , guided by the supported accommodations regulations 2023. We aim to achieve the following;

- Promoting Well-being and Development – Supporting emotional, physical, and psychological well-being, helping children develop independence and life skills.

				Yes, every service user has a personalised care plan outlining their need for nighttime staff. Our team provides on-call support for staff around the clock, ensuring 24/7 assistance.

				We review care plans every three months to ensure they align with the current needs of our service users. A multidisciplinary approach is used to gather the best information for informed decision-making.

				Yes, we encourage our staff to participate in various courses alongside their placements. For instance, many of our staff are currently working towards completing their Level 3 in Residential Care.
