Yes, we work closely with our service users to create a personalised plan that supports their physical, mental, social, and spiritual growth. This is incorporated into a monthly activity planner to ensure consistency in achieving their goals.
Do you provide night-time care or on-call support?
Yes, every service user has a personalised care plan outlining their need for nighttime staff. Our team provides on-call support for staff around the clock, ensuring 24/7 assistance.
What happens if my or my loved one’s care needs change over time?
We review care plans every three months to ensure they align with the current needs of our service users. A multidisciplinary approach is used to gather the best information for informed decision-making.
Are there opportunities for skills development or employment support?
Yes, we encourage our staff to participate in various courses alongside their placements. For instance, many of our staff are currently working towards completing their Level 3 in Residential Care.
